How It Works: If you are not completely satisfied with your results within 14 days of receiving your order, you are eligible for a return and refund.

Conditions for Return:

The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, you must contact our team at support@restorastep.com with your order number.

For hygiene reasons, if the product has been heavily used or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
